Big Question: does N.Korea have the ability to deliver tactical nuclear weapons in a defensive mode, once our bombing campaign starts? Say, deliver them a couple hundred miles or so? (where our troops are, for instance?)

We are getting tough with China economically. I gather we can hurt them a whole lot more than they us. I am sure Putin would help us but so far, he has seen no real change in u.s. behavior. We have broken every agreement we have had with russia in the last 27 years.....Dozens and dozens, including this smaller one for zones agreement in syria, where we both agreed on where our armies shall operate, which we broke in a matter of weeks and killed 30 innocent syrian soldiers. America also has the chemical weapons hoax going full blast as well, blaming Assad and by implication russia. Throw in the Thaad missile deployments in east europe and it is clear that Trump does not control u.s. military policy, largely. at least that is what we are proving to Putin again and again and really, forever. They have asked us again and again to be friends, to no evail. The military industrial complex wants those big contracts, and there is no real money in fighting terrorism from their perspective. rifles and men and night vision equipment won't get it done for them. They want the giant weapons, and for that, they need Russia as the boogeyman, which Putin well knows......plus they have a wiser foreign policy than we do, ours could not be worse since Ronnie left office. So Russia won't help us, as we advocate regime change with this lunatic kid in N.Korea. Russia wants disarmament only, non nuke only, but America is gonna want to put in a failed state as well. see ya.
