This will work fine and will certainly run Cities: Skylines at max settings on that monitor. Any particular reason you picked that particular motherboard? You can find a board with similar ports with the Z97 chipset (newer) for a bit cheaper. The 750W power supply is overkill for this build as it is, but leaving it as is will allow for a 2nd video card in the future if that's something you're interested in.

Generally this looks pretty good, but at a similar price point you can get a machine with a little more power, or you could get a similarly-performing machine for less money. But if this is what you're set on it all looks good. Dont forget an optical drive if you dont already have one. Also buy your Operating system if you don't already have that figured out.

Final note, you say you'd like to upgrade this machine in the future. For a similar price (albeit using websites other than amazon), you can build using the x99 chipset, which will be relevant for far longer than the z87 you have picked out. It won't offer you much more power in the short term for your purposes, but if you ever decide you need to upgrade, the x99 board will make your life much easier.
