[Update] So I call Samsung Customer Service, they create a case, send me the information by email, to send the phone. Because I live in Puerto Rico, they can't send me a box to send the device, I need to pay for the shipping.

Also, call the Customer Service of my carrier (AT&T), they told me that they can't do anything for me... Anyway, I'm going to borrow a iPhone 7 from a friend, the time that Samsung repair my S7 Edge.

Samsung explained to me that if the phone have some water damage, they are going to contact me to, if I authorized to fix it, then they charge me the amount of that fix or no pay anything and they sent me the phone damage, with that scary bump... If there's some battery expanding issue, they are going to contact me, to see what they can do... Idk
