That’s an excellent clip, I’m not American so I don’t know who these people are but that man is all levels of offensive.

I guess my point was simply that we can still use the word “women”, for example I think it’s ok to refer to “women and others capable of child birth” as an inclusive term.

There was recently some training material produced by my government for midwives which completely omitted the words “woman” and “mother”. I think there must be some middle ground. The training material was revoked and reworded as “mother/birthing person”. My point is, you don’t need to lose one word to add another. I am a woman and a mother not a “birthing person”, let us keep our words.
