BV and UTI's

Hey long have you been post-op?

The consistent use of anti biotics might be why you're noticing odor, since it deters all kind of bacteria - if this is the case your body will rebound with time. You also shouldn't need SurgiLube far out from surgery due to it being anti-bacterial (meaning the lube will kill all bacteria in your vagina both good and bad), if you're past 2/3 months post-op I'd ask them about the potential of switching to a non-bacterial lube. This might be another reason you're developing the BV like odor again since you're getting rid of any necessary bacteria.

Also, douching is often times thought to be good for our surgical healing process but over excessive use of douching in my personak experience can also be the lack of good bacteria in there. Again, something to ask your surgeon directly if it could be a cause.

Also do you take estrogen cream? Estrogen cream helped me establish consistently healthy bacteria so again that might be worth asking your surgeon about. I also would recommend probiotics with any lactobacillus supplements in them and drinking lots of water or even kombucha to establish good bacteria.
