Can battleye detect and b4n macros?

I was going to ask this question in a somewhat-dead thread that asked about Macros, but figured I'd make a new one since I can't find this specific question anywhere on this subreddit or outside forums.

Is there a way to create a macro (or keybind) for voice commands? I'm happy with everything else, I just want to be able to yell "stop" or "Cease fire" or gesture easily when an enemy player is around a corner, VS trying to hit Y twice, then find the proper command and scroll down and click it while in the middle of a very tense, time-sensitive situation. Is this even possible? Thanks in advance.

Also, I know BSG don't 'endorse' Macros and used to ban for certain ones. I'm not worried about this as what I'm asking about is not something that would violate TOS.

I kind of think so, it gets rough/old when every fight is me and someone else flash lighting each other and point firing while trying to guess where to fire for a hit, like a guessing game. maps knowlegde? How BSG balances things (poorly) every single time. I feel like a charity case at the beginning of every wipe. . . Scavs shouldn't be able to choose a map.
