Can Halo Stop Being "T" 343?

I wish I could be in charge of making a Halo game. I could bring Halo back to peak popularity with enough development time and proper resources, which 500 million should buy plenty of. Make Halo an M game again, bring back the blood and bring back the Flood! Make sure to have all content available at launch, minus additional maps and other DLC. I’d make armors and armor & weapon accessories, armor effects cost money, but armor & weapon colors would be completely customizable, you choose the color, the texture, the level of wear, metallic, matte, gloss, etc. Make emblems more customizable than ever, you choose every color and layer, all the classics. Make a story about big events in the universe rather than focusing so much on the characters. Return Master Chief, Cortana, Johnson, Keyes back to the god tier badasses they were in Halo 2. Have at least 10 small to mid size maps for 4v4 or 5v5, and 6 BTB maps at launch. Plan to release 2 small to medium sized maps and 1 BTB map every 3-4 months. Focus on the basic classic gametypes at launch, both for competitive and social, slayer, ctf, strongholds, KoTH, oddball, assault — infection, grifball, action sack, and fiesta. Then release the rest of the gametypes and modes with the maps every 3-4 months. Forge must come at launch with a Forge World where multiple players can build. Custom game lobby, functional theatre for video recording, cinematography, and photography. A community posts section for clips, photos, and tips. All must come at launch. However long that takes. Because of the high level of content, I’d choose tools that are easiest to work with and most customizable, probably just use unreal 4. I’d make sure to bring the awesome physics of Halo 3 back as well. And make vehicles fun again. Personally, I would like to take Halo’s art style into a more realistic art style with Halo 3/Reach style at its core. Open world Halo would be awesome, but I don’t think I’d go for it just because co-op works so much better in a more linear experience with open sections like CE. So I’d bring back 4 player co-op online and 2 player splitscreen with 4 player multiplayer splitscreen. That would be a game worthy of the name Halo Infinite. And how popular would that be with all those community features? Sell the armor sets for $10 each, you can mix and match freely once purchased, we make bank off millions of people buying that and campaign DLC where you play as other characters like Sargent Johnson and The Arbiter, then with the Arbiter DLC, release playable elites in a new 6v6 Spartans vs Elites mode with objectives on BTB maps with lots of covenant and human vehicles. Not this one every 10 min nonsense. Spawn in a Wraith, Banshee, Ghost and Spectre right at the start of the game, and Tank Warthog, gungoose, and Wasp on the human side. Have covenant vs human weapons on each side of the maps with two special covenant and human power weapons with unique abilities, one each, around the center of the map. Add Elite armor customization as well, and again make money off each set of Elite armor, but free reign on colors and textures. With solid updates and community features like that, done right, it’s a guaranteed multi billion dollar hit. All the merch you could sell for Halo Infinite… it’s so easy to make money on Halo and satisfy the fans at the same time. Right now it seems like 343 neither wants to satisfy fans nor make money. Like what are you guys doing? Your wasting away opportunity here!
