Can someone verify my answer?

I agree with shanephone that the chemical reaction written is incorrect or the problem statement is incorrect. The problem states that

"carbon oxide (carbon (II) oxide) and hydrogen is produced from the reaction of water vapour with hot carbon"

Next thing that I am confused about is how you are calculating your moles of water. Where did the "15" come from?

Also, for carbon, what is "1.0t" is the "t" tons?

Problem Solving Strategy:

(1) Write out the balanced chemical reaction

(2) Calculate the moles of Carbon from the "1.0t" through unit conversions and molar mass

(3) Calculate the moles of water (reacting with Carbon) using stoichiometry of the chemical reaction from the results of part (2)

(4) Calculate the moles of Carbon Oxide and Hydrogen gas produced using stoichiometry from the results of part (3)

(5) Use the ideal gas equation to calculate the volume of Carbon Oxide and Hydrogen gas from the results of part (4)
