When easy jet cancelled all their flights due to a system crash a couple of years ago I was travelling (or attempting to) from Heathrow to Glasgow.

When I got to the airport it was utter a chaos. A totally defeated member of the airport staff (so literally nothing to do with easyjet) was going around with cups of water and forms you fill in to get compensation when your flight is delayed (an EU directive as I believe) and this one utter boot of a women started getting in this guys face and just had such an aggressive tone "wit aboot ma flight AV BEEN HERE FOR 4 HOORS PAL".

Now bearing in mind I'm Scottish myself but seeing this arse piece with her minging neddy Scottish accent just fucked me right off. I told her in no uncertain terms this guy doesn't work for easy jet so can you stop being a cunt because at this point all you're doing is wasting my time. She looked like she'd been slapped and the airport staff had such gratitude in his eyes. How someone can be so self centered just boggles my mind and airports seem to bring out the absolute worst in folk.
