[Canada] Please Help Build My First $800~1000 "Best Bang For Buck" Gaming/Streaming PC

Okay, here's what I got for you. I'll explain my choice of CPU since it'll seem strange to a lot of people. A Xeon E3-1226 V3. Yes it is a server processor, but it will work fine for you. I picked it because it cost just as much, if not a tiny bit more, as a decent i5, but has almost all the advantages of an i7(including hyperthreading), which will be important for streaming. It is not overclockable, but you don't care about that anyway. :p It also has a decent benchmark(http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+E3-1226+v3+%40+3.30GHz). I chose a semi-modular PSU because it will help with cable management. And I went with an NZXT case because it has pretty good cable management and a lot of space.
