[CASE] Phanteks Eclipse P400 Anthracite Grey - $54 ($70 - $10 rebate - 10% code MARCASE10)

Since I started looking into buying my first gaming computer back in 2011-2012 drive bays and disc drives were already pretty obsolete. You'd only really find them in pre-built computers since they were a bit behind on trends and had to appeal to the more casual, PC consumer that had to buy pre-built and may still use an older, fading format while snobby, elitists would probably sneer at the notion of discs.

In the building community, you will almost never hear anybody on YouTube for example or on a written forum recommend somebody purchase a CD/DVD drive or a case that has drive bays. More often than naught, it's brought up to be an eye sore or pointless. Also, I don't think anybody can argue what looks cleaner and more minimal. Now whether one likes that look or finds it appealing is subjective but it does look less... Cluttered or busy to me personally.

I also don't recall the last time I used a CD or DVD for my personal use (maybe in elementary school) and I do prefer a case that's cleaner and more minimal. Also with how cheap external disc readers are, I don't think it helps out cases with drive bays.
