Ghost Construct

Create constructs up to 5 meters in diameter, that you can pass through at will. These will last forever, but there is a 20 minute recharge on the power. The constructs are indistinguishable, and form in about 1 second. These constructs will be made anywhere the user wants, in any orientation, within 1 meter of the user. They can also destroy their constructs at will in 5 seconds. The user needs to have observed something with at least two senses to construct it. Constructs cannot form multiple things at once. This works on how the user views the construct, so if they think it's multiple objects, it won't work.

This can be used to:

• Make bombs the user is immune to, or, if you can get your hands on one in the first place, a nuke. Beware, you can not protect your clothing.
• Free guns, knives, and such instantly
• Walls the user can pass through, so you can create hidden passages only you have instant access to. Or create instant surprise blockades.
• Free water, food, and shelter. So, free refills, furniture, and anything you've ever eaten before.
• Gold, diamonds, anything valuable really (Just make sure you aren't suspicious), so you can have infinite money. You can then give this to the poor, and say that you did it against the government's orders to spark rebellion, or that they owe you and must fight against the government, among other things.
• Free phones, monitors, keyboards, mice(?)(Multiple mouses), computers, TV's, headphones, remotes.
• Any disguise ever, except it's all fused together since multiple objects can't be made at once. So, no top-hats, crop-tops, or shorts if you want shoes. You can also take off the clothes really quick be phasing through them.
• Not-too-big vehicles, like cars, motorcycles, jet-skis, and paramotors. Along with the appropriate safety equipment, cause you don't want to die. This means you can copy any vehicle you touch and see, even if you're mid-ride, as long as it isn't too big.
• Fake ids, but only ones you've had before. Since you need two senses to construct something, you need to have held and seen the id you create.
• Free medicine, so you don't have to leave your safehouse until necessary.
• Heal yourself, by forming your own body parts where they used to be. As constructs are indistinguishable from what they're based on, your body won't reject the new material.

You get the idea. You can go off the grid, make hidden passageways wherever, make powerful weapons in a second, and vehicles for wherever you want to travel.
