I feel like a bad friend because I just helped get my close friend (who is new to crypto) involved with Monero. He jumped on board quickly and we have been having so much fun discussing privacy issues and the future over the past week.

He goes to invest more today, and after explaining the clunky-af process of buying btc and then sending it to changenow via cakewallet... which he was hesitant about, bc it is not a noob-friendly process.... and now its stuck on exchanging for about 9 hours.

He is trying to work with ChangeNow support and they're unresponsive. He certainly doesn't blame me but it really just gives such a bad look that this upgrade seems to have cut the head off of every service we rely on. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.
