I see no mention of the flat fee in your post.

You should calculate the total fee as follows:

(amount_of_btc / binance:xmrbtc) = the amount of xmr you would have gotten on binance
(amount_of_btc / morph:xmrbtc - 0.02) = roughly the amount of xmr you should get from morphtoken
If the XMR you end up receiving is within 0.5% to 0.7% of that Morphtoken didn't scam you.

theoretical_total_fee_in_percent = ((amount_of_btc / binance:xmrbtc) - (amount_of_btc / morph:xmrbtc - 0.02)) / (amount_of_btc / binance:xmrbtc) * 100%

actual_total_fee_in_percent = ((amount_of_btc / binance:xmrbtc) - (amount_of_xmr_from_morphtoken)) / (amount_of_btc / binance:xmrbtc) * 100%
