The Chaos Dwarfs Legendary Lords mechanics

Like I say it’s not just inflation that is an issue. Energy prices have risen sharply. During the pandemic the electric smart meter barely scratched £3 today it’s already at £5.90. Usually tops out around £7. Businesses are much more vulnerable to price hikes due there not being the same caps as on consumers. I know a business who’s energy costs were £10000 and last year were getting quoted at £60000 annually. They were not the only one going by the many news stories about it. Some I saw were getting worse quotes than that. Some very strong businesses have gone under including at least 3 of my favourite breweries. A popular Scottish bakery also went under due to the energy prices made the business unsustainable. And I imagine if you have a number of computers running all day every day your costs would have gone up considerably. Then you add the costs increased by inflation and the parts that have duty now due to Brexit. It’s not just CA. All businesses have faced considerable rises. Ands it’s why some products are increasing greater than inflation as everything being accounted for is going up. The inflation figure does not tell the whole story.
