I am not dissing you or your dishes! The foto is cute and the soup looks good! I just really like accessibility and ergonomics. And the discrepancy between two materials and purposes in this case is just really stark. One is accessible, indestructable, and a pillar of modern food distribution, including transport and serving. The could not be used in a comercial kitchen due to the cantilevering flaps and dificult to clean inner corners. It would also be difficult to use for people who need higher levels of accesebility due to loss in grip strength or coordination. You yourself said, you were frustrated at the end of the soup because it was dificult to get to the bottom with the spoon.
