Hikigaya Hachiman will NOT be in an intimate relationship with Yukino nor Yui.

It's inevitable that Volume 12 will focus on solving Yukino's codependency problems with both Yui but ESPECIALLY Hachiman helping her along the process.
Probably, but I don't think the topic will be (FIX Yukino), it will be something else that will help her in the process.
Yukino's feeling for Hachiman developed solely because of her dependency issue.

This symbolizes the idea that if she were to give the cookies to Hachiman, she would have ultimately made her OWN decision. Therefore, she wouldn't rely on anyone. However, she couldn't give the bag of cookies and attempted to rely on Yui. (What a loser)
Huuh No, She doesn't know how to act in situations like these, and knowing Yui's feeling for Hachiman made her doubt herself as we saw through the whole final episode.
What Yui referred to as "Taking away everything" was that she wanted to still keep a relationship with Hachiman and Yukino whether it was genuine or not. As well as having Hachiman as her boyfriend. That's why she said she's "unfair" and "mean". Honestly, she's was very fair as she gave Yukino million's of opportunites to get deeper with Hachiman but of course she screwed every single one of them. (What a big sore loser)
That's what we call having feelings for someone
Looking at the perspective of most people, it seems that it will be a super shit ending with Hachiman being a loner and severing ties with both girls. However, that's IMPOSSIBLE because that destroys years worth of build up within the Light Novel.
That's why he will not end up alone.
P.S: I believe Volume 12 will be the last Volume with a Volume 12.5 side story, with Hachiman helping Hiratsuka-Sensei get a husband. That'll be interesting...
I'm pretty sure volume 12 is not the final one and everytime people try to speculate about future volumes they are far away from the truth, like volume 11 speculations.
