Okay, time to explain because some people seems to have the wrong idea and I have see others that use it as a way to simple criticize her to be a waifu bait.

First and foremost...No. She doesn't fall for Ritsuka in the summoning.

And second, her "husband" thing at first, was a political thing. It was something just likke Altera and Kriemhild situation regarding a political marriage. She even does that to Beryl and she hates him in LB6.

Morgan herself said in her valentines

Morgan: Huhu... A relationship built upon communication isn't so bad. When I was summoned, I said what I said out of disdain and antipathy towards Pan-Human mages

Also, even in her first bond lines, she was quite ruthless and even monopolizing.

Bond 1: "I only wish one thing from my husband. Devote everything to me. …That can't be said to be one thing? No, it's just one thing, It's very simple."

Bond 2: "Even if they're a retainer or a relative, I'll pass judgement on those who defy me. That's a rule of the Fae Nation that has continued for 2,000 years. Calendars here are over 2,000 years, huh. In that case, I'll think about reforming the law."

Now, why I said that's how it was at first? Because in the course of her lines, she changes her view so, instead of just being a political thing, her whole "my husband" become a genuine thing. You can notice that by her jealously in Bond 3:

"I thought of it as weird before, but why are there other Berserkers besides me? Dismiss all of them. You don't need them.""

And in bond 4, she is not as demanding as she used to be, often asking for Master's opinion more, since she even blushes at that scene:

"Husband of mine, let us build a castle someday. The arrangements are done, so call me in a good fixed date, in a good time. I'll build an amazing one."

But the best example is her bond 5:

"This, this is what the me of the Fairy Kingdom lacked... No, that's not it. This never should have existed in the first place, right? Once I gained someone important outside of myself, that 2000-year old reign was over... It's quite ironic. I shall enact a law to prevent the loss of my ambition and you, so as to not fail this time around."

Where she literally states that despite being obsessed regarding her, she will make sure that she willl not disregard people important for her this time.

And even she comments that it was something which changed overtime, during her valentines:

Morgan: "Huhu... A relationship built upon communication isn't so bad. When I was summoned, I said what I said out of disdain and antipathy towards Pan-Human mages, but fate chooses the most intriguing people to link us with. I never imagined my bluff would play out without irony. Come on, let's go see Habetrot. This castle is named Camelot. The ruins of a dream, where countless sinners gathered. May its many tragedies and fables guide you in your life."

So, summarizing, in the course of her bond lines, the whole marriage thing she had was more of a political thing but it changed overtime, where in bond 5, it become a genuine feeling. And valentines just had her making how things were first between her and Ritsuka and how it is now. Though, her bond lines already made that obvious.
