It really depends on your background in programming. Enterprises typically don’t have as many one off functions as a residential user would, they want consistency and predictability, not just from an AV standpoint but purchasing, real estate/facilities as well. This means room standards and lots of the same equipment over and over (if they are doing it right) so for many of us this means OOP and frameworks that can support the enterprise at large and flexible enough to accommodate small changes and future request.

TLDR; be familiar with video conferencing, audio conferencing, error reporting and telemetry, but learn how to create flexible framework where you can have rapid deployment at scale and not get bogged down for small room changes.
