I actually order a decent amount of stuff from the same seller in Hong Kong for my business and it looks like flights are about 2-3 days behind right now. When things are fast, I usually get my stuff to California within 3-4 business days, but it has been around 7-10 on average for me recently with Hong Kong UPS Express Saver. You can use this UPS site (http://upsfd.ecfreight.net/) to see if your package got a Flight/Airbill number - My package above did get a waybill # on 11/18, but it still hasn't departed China yet (crossing my fingers for this week).
So yea, unfortunately, you'll probably have to give it another week or so considering Thanksgiving is also coming up. Hopefully you get lucky and it hops on a plane on Monday/Tuesday and gets there before the holidays.
