Nah, don't think everyone on the right is a racist idiot, but Tommy "the Quran is a cursed book" Robinson definitely is. He knows what sort of crowd follow him. If he really wanted to distance himself from it, he'd realise what a dangerous influence he is, fuck off and go away. Live quietly. But instead he goes about acting like he's some freedom fighting free speech journalist while the racist EDL types who follow him hang off his every word ready for action. He should have let the court do its job, doing what he did while the jury were considering their verdict could have fucked that whole trial up and collapsed the whole case against them.

The gagging order, I'm assuming, was because of how large and serious the case was. My brother's a journalist and he told me something along those lines at the time, I'd have to ask him though because I can't remember what he said. What I do know is plenty of other muslim rape and peadophillia cases do get reported on. Had one in my city just a couple of months ago, a gang of asian lads including two I went to school with (bust case in the end in case you were wondering, found not guilty). So the gagging order wasn't part of some PC agenda and either way, he should have respected it. Wasn't his place to get involved. Instead he ignored it to try and stir up more hate with one of his videos (not journalism), nearly fucked up the whole case (that would have been nice wouldn't it, all those nonces going free because they didn't get a fair trial), and was suitably punished for it. He was arrested and imprisoned because he broke the law.
