My name's Ted and I think we can help each other out. I'm 24 and I work at the Bose store in the Easton town center. I am currently living in Hilliard for $1250/month but my roommate got a job opportunity in Kentucky and straight up dipped while I was on vacation in California last week. So now I'm here expected to pay all that rent and feeling a little salty. I'd love to live closer to my job and what you are asking for in rent is like a dream come true compared to the rent nightmare I am finding myself in.
Little about me: I recently moved up here from Cincinnati in October for a promotion at my job, I'm a musician in my free time (guitar and vocals). I am a mixed bag of introvert and extrovert so I enjoy a balance of days of binging season after season on Netflix, and occasionally going out with my friends to hike, rock climb, or see a concert.
I liked the pro/con format you used so I'm gonna keep that trend going!
Pros: if you love music I am in healthy supply of Bose speakers for background music while we cook or clean, I love all genres. I am inherently tidy so cleaning shouldnt be a problem. And when I practice my music I have no qualms using headphones as not to disturb the peace. And from a sanity and financial perspective I'm pretty well off = not crazy, and never short on rent. My parents live in Cincinnati so on my off days I drive down to visit them on a weekly basis. Meaning you still get the place all to yourself on occasion.
Cons: I'm a guy. So I understand if you'd prefer a female roommate. I'm a bit of a geek so I'll sometimes just have to talk about whatever new tech is going on in our world. Like self driving cars, how cool are they. I like to shower in the morning and just before bed but have no issues throwing money your way for the water bill.
Other than that, living with you would save me so much money over my current residence and I think that's awesome. And being in gahana will shorten my commute substantially.
