It isn't their (or anyone else's) job to feel. IIRC, they made a statement, and that should be the end of it. The only person responsible for how a person feels is themselves.

Orcs aren't POC. They are (canonically) monsters who happen to have a humanoid shape. There are black people, and people of every color (canonically) in the Forgotten Realms, and other settings. There is representation.
