So, you admit that the game does not let you know about it and you're supposed to click on provision in that quest to even be told that it's an option? After being told that the courtyard - THE WHOLE COURTYARD - is not available without invite when you clicked on provision for that expedition.

And again, even with that quest, it remains a bandage on a severed limb. It just gives you more resource to avoid the worst of the DLC, but the fact remains that THE DLC CANCELS THE ENTIRE GAME'S GAMEPLAY LOOP AND REPLACES IT WITH AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT GAMEPLAY LOOP.
