ruins: bandages. cultist enemies are common here and they come in two's and use bleed attacks.

weald: antivenom and bandages. lots of enemies here have blight attacks. there's also a common dog enemy that can bleed you, as well as cultists spawning here as well which also use bleed attacks.

warrens: bandages. brigand enemies are pretty common here and all the melee guys' attacks inflict bleed. there's also a pig enemy that uses bleed, swine chopper.

cove: bandages, there's an enemy on higher level missions that can inflict massive bleed procs, uca crushers. i'm talking 10 damage bleed procs a piece. shits crazy.

you can also take medicinal herbs and holy water to all the dungeons, they're useful for all pieces of content and recommended for high level stuff. not all of this stuff is required unless you're doing high level stuff, but it's just nice to have them as reassurance. one thing i always do though is over prepare on food, in case i get a bad map with lots of backtracking and bad hunger rng. 2-3 stacks depending on the quest.
