This is a logical fallacy called "arguing from ignorance", where you draw a conclusion based on a lack of contrary evidence. You cannot PROVE that something doesn't exist, just because you don't have any evidence that it does. There may well be evidence- such as a living, breathing team of humans working on this content- that you're not aware of, or that Bungie for whatever reason does not feel like sharing with you.

And yes, it'd be very easy for them to counter your hypothesis by presenting that evidence. But until they either do that or confirm that there is no such team, this is simply speculation on your part, which is not proof.
