Daily 5/3/1 Training Log - November 08, 2020

A little late entry (a week delayed).

ran 7th week TM max test protocol after my son got born and covid hit. (out of the gym since february), did the 5/3/1 Beginner Prep School for three months at that time.

Squat and bench were the same, increase in deadlift and a decrease in overhead press.

Bench 50 kg 50 kg
Deadlift 85 kg 92.5 kg
Press 35 kg 27.5 kg

Numbers are not the best, but they are temporary.

My shoulder pain eased after the press and bench session ( operated ac shoulder joint with metal plate inserted).

My goal is to run BPS or FSL/SSL leader/anchor cycles as far as I can. Then I want to switch to BBB

Now just waiting till gyms open again after they closed again (covid: wave two).
