  • Every few months I think to myself: should build a bench? (Redacted)

  • I have carrot legs. Gym buddy said so because my legs are small. Idk if this is some neg to get me to squat morein general.

  • PRs BTN Press. Rep PRs Pendlay rows. Checks symmetricstrength. :| Delts are orange. :D.

  • I like the Precor Shoulder Press. The weights are fake but it's good when not leaning back. Like a z press with training wheels. The Hammer Strength equivalent is okay using the seat back. It's better for beefing purposes versus trying to mirror bar path.

  • I think it's wild that Savickas does some press volume with a smith machine but people want to not gain much on OHP using barbells only. An exercise isn't good for itself if it has so many points go wrong that you can't perform useful volume. People with strong OHPs are the only ones I see getting useful things out of straight sets of barbell OHPs. But maybe I'm just lazy idk.
