Why do/don’t you believe in god?

I believe in God as I believe in the sun—not because I see him, but because by him I see everything else. Except, not necessarily a “him” for me. I think of God as more like... the universe. Science and religion are not at war. Science is the “how”, religion is the “why”. They serve different purposes. Most people believe in morality; that’s a kind of faith as well, yes? I don’t need to justify my conviction. I don’t get caught in specifics. All religions are just different ways of reaching out to God. I was raised atheist and will probably eventually convert to Sikhism. Right now I’m just finding my way, doing what feels right.
