I don’t understand why my bosses don’t train someone on how to do anything then be surprised when the newbies don’t know how to do anything the correct way.

They straight up told me that they only trained a new worker for like one classroom and called it good. Like not everyone is gonna be me. You can’t just expect people to know how to do a thorough job.

I’m torn because I don’t want to hold a new coworkers hand but it’s also like they straight up won’t train her so like of course she’s gonna ask me what to do.

This is why I can’t be supervisor. If someone doesn’t know what they’re doing even the basics, they would be fired almost immediately. If someone still doesn’t know how to do bathrooms on year 3, they would be out.
