Daily NBA Discussion (March 07, 2015)

The new Projections & Picks are up for Saturday night.

Houston is playing again tonight so why not stay on for the ride? James Harden just had a triple double and Terrence Jones's back looks to be fine. I don't see either of them having any trouble against a struggling Denver squad.

Ricky Rubio tops our list for the PG spot tonight. Trailblazers are in the bottom 8 of the league for defense against point guards and Rubio has been averaging just over 43 fantasy points in the last four games. Goran Dragic also looks primed for the break out game we've been waiting for since he's joined the Heat. He'll be facing an old Andre Miller and an inexperienced McCallum. George Hill rounds out the PG's and is someone whose been really flying under most radars with all of the commotion Westbrook's been causing. Hill has gone the last four games scoring at least 33.5 fantasy points and even reached 55 fp during that stretch.

Aaron Afflalo and Kevin Martin are two guys to consider with the Wesley Matthews injury. Afflalo should get a big boost in minutes for the Trail Blazers and Martin won't have Matthew hounding him on defense.

As far as forwards go, Nicolas Batum is coming off of two 42 point games in a row and finally looks like he's back to form after that hand injury. Nerlens Noel is also a good play. He's been playing like a grown ass man recently and is finally finding his footing in the NBA.

Alex Len is a good bet for the center spot with DeMarcus Cousins and Hassan Whiteside matched up against each other tonight. I also like Gorgui Dieng if Nikola Pekovic's minutes are still being limited.

There's more detailed info on the site, but feel free to ask questions and add any input. Good luck everyone!
