Help?

I agree with everything you said but the last as I'm pro free speech. It's not equivalent to yelling fire in a theatre, as that implies eminent danger, someone that does that would be thrown in jail. In the 60's they imprisoned a guy who was a marxist for spreading false information, conspiracy type stuff, on the premise that his false information was harmful they argued the whole theatre fire thing, it went to to the supreme court, and the courts decided in his favor and he was released for that reason, as yelling fire in a theatre implies eminent danger not potential danger. Free speech is not limited for being potentially dangerous. To be honest it's probably not having the desired effect either. People like Dr. Peter McCullough need to be called out for their misinformation (he straight up lies), and confronted with it. With social media it's a weird thing though, how do you combat it? Censorship doesn't seem to be doing the trick.
