Lisa was an up and coming figure of the magical community. As an apprentice, she always delved into magic far beyond regular levels of her peers, even daring to use forbidden arts.

Residence:

Although Lisa was raised in a large homestead in Cruxen, and spent most of her time in a warehouse in Totenburg, down by the docks. In it, she has set up shop- a superhero lair so to speak. It's large, well lit, and clean for the most part. According to the government, the warehouse is for storing imported clothing.

She has it stocked with various magical items, bookshelves fulled with magical books (mainly on the studies into the source of magic and magical theory, rather than practical applications). The main feature of the warehouse would be the portal. The portal stands empty most of the time, filling with a green energy when Lisa wants to host an expedition into the Astral Warrens.

Personal Assets:

Lisa has been taking out drug dealers and the like for a solid 10 years. During this time she has accumulated 5.3 million in illegal money, stored in various different bank accounts. She also has amassed a collection of weapons, ammo, and the like, mainly in sidearms and rifles, but she does have a small cache of explosives.

She keeps her weapons in various caches around the world, one in New Cascadia, Totenburg, Millenium City, The Crux, and [Japan City], and routinely checks them. [She won't just pop up in every event- but the occasional intercity event].

Homo Magi Physiology

Lisa is a Homo Magi, a human with arcane energy flowing through her veins. She ages at about a tenth of the speed of a human, and has very minor physical benefits. She is also predisposed to magic, having a natural talent that not many can match.

Magical Intuition:

Lisa silver has a special magical talent. Thanks to rituals preformed on her in the womb, magic comes extremely easily to her.

Magic of the Astral Warrens:

Regina's brand of magic (advanced dimensional magic) taps in to the 'Astral Warrens' as she calls it. A dimension shattered by pure magical power, full to the brim with magical energy that just feels... different. Dark, corrupted even.

She calls upon the energy and the shattered remains of the astral warren for an extremely wide variety of effects, and her spells are generally immune to magic shaking and such. However as a downside, she can't learn other schools of magic anymore- she can create new spells with time and research, but she herself cannot learn... a basic fireball spell for example.
