Do I have to deal with the store?

Even if I signed you up on our $70 rate plan with a $15 act fee and charged you for a sim card you were still charged more than I would charge. Obviously you got a receipt so I'm unsure how you couldn't break down the total. I'm always amazed at stores who do not do a breakdown of what's included in that price and why it's x amount as well as consumers who don't ask questions.

FYI, I will lose a sale if a customer does not sign up on our $60 plan. I don't care, I will not sign anyone up on anything less. There are other stores within a 15-30 minute drive that might, but because of how they are judging store performance for closing doors I don't care and thankfully my customers usually always want the plan with the most hotspot anyway. So if you came to me and wanted to port over more numbers, I'd have to convert you to our higher priced family plan (regardless it will make more sense after you look into it anyway. 4/$120 if you have 4 phones on a line is actually a great deal with what you get).
