I wasn't trying to get them fired, and they won't get fired as a senior recruiter. But as a senior recruiter wasting their bosses time and money as well as the time of other people, they should absolutely be reprimanded in order to learn that this behavior is absolutely not acceptable. This shit has happened to me an average of once every ten days for the last 60, and all they had to do was show up or say they had to reschedule in order to show me the simple respect I deserve as a human being with responsibilities. Instead, I've been called an asshole and a prick by people in this sub who wouldn't accept that behavior from me. It's telling, and highly unprofessional.
