So this just happened to me: tried to see if I could get a refund, nope. Okay, tell them I wanna cancel my flight. Lady says, “Sure, that will be $170.” ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS to not show up to my $65 flight that was paid for. Questioning this, she says it’s Spirit policy and that there is nothing she can do. So I ask, “What if I just don’t show up? Will you guys still charge me?”. She says yes. “So then what would you guys do if I just cancel my card on file?”, she puts me on hold to ask her supervisor and proceeds to tell me they won’t charge me. Lol.

It’s all fun and games until you f up your Spirit reservation. Shit is like selling your soul to the devil
