I want to establish that I'm not back to Linux yet, I was still using Windows 10 for this. As of now, I've went in the BIOS and disabled Intel Speedstep and C-states, this has definitely alleviated audio stutters and crackles, albeit its not perfect because it still occurs, however it wasn't as frequent or as loud as before. Also, whenever I interact with my touchpad, WDF01000.sys shows very high latencies. For a workaround I'm currently using a wireless mouse. Now, the only latency that appears is ACPI.sys.
Not sure, how to eliminate ACPI.sys latency or use the trackpad without it giving me latency.
Hopefully, I'm coming close to a solution.
