If someone gains access to my IP address, could they see that I have multiple different emails and then also see all the activity (like emails, documents etc) sent over those emails?

Basically, I did something bad and now I’m being investigated (or at least I’ve been reported to be investigated). I’m a student and I just had some mock exams. To prepare for my mocks, I asked someone if they could grant me access to an unreleased paper so I could practice more (the specification is new so there’s only 1 set of papers openly available to practice), and they said no (understandably), but then someone leaked a few of the questions to me, and even though I didn’t use them or look at them (because I don’t want to be a cheat, as soon as I found out the papers we would be doing would be from that Exam year, I didn’t look at it because it wouldn’t be right.) But anyway, the person I asked said they were going to report me and said I was a cheat. And since it turns out the paper I did was in fact the one I was asking about, and I did in fact receive some leaks despite not using them, I’m scared that the exam boards will be able to find out somehow that I got the paper, and even though I didn’t use it, the fact that I asked about it, acquired it from someone else, and then did that paper doesn’t look fucking good. At all.

But, the email address where I received the paper is different to the one I used with the person who’s reporting me, so I was wandering if I could somehow get rid off the incriminating email and make sure there was no way the exam boards could gain access to it.
