Whats killing it at my station... are the people who have 30 phones standing in the parking lot, with bots. And than selling the block to the highest bidder of the people standing around. Mind you, they take EVERYTHING. And someone is willing to do it for less than the amount Amazon is paying for these crap blocks. If it isn't the ultimate kick in the face of taking advantage of your own people taking advantage of your illegal status.... How they are getting around taking of the picture I am unsure. But the same people walk up and scan the license of whoever owns that account... bring a cart out and than they give it to someone, who than walks it over to the vehicle with the illegal paper plates that Houston is famous for. :) And I been to VTX4 and VTX5... same people, same issue it appears.
