[Discussion] dicharge planning while uninsured, on charity care. United States

It does matter

People with different financial VALUES which were shaped based on how they were raised, will have a different outcome

Some people coast thru life without a care in the world regarding how they will acquire an income to pay off any borrowed money.

They may not look at the cost to borrow

Some people do

And psychologically, some think and worry and others deny or ignore.

I already spent my available credit on a hotel

And the shitty hospital administrators wouldnt get with me to arrange an aftercare plan, because once they learned I was homeless, they dropped me

Homeless people as patients dont get the best medical care

My surgery needs are major not minor

And I should have had it done a few mos ago when I had the available credit

Now its all gone

And I cant borrow at all

And you might be younger because I cant get hired anywhere, anymore

Employers age discriminate
