This is a really cool look at HNS.

I don't totally agree with this however:

Today Handshake top-level domains only work with DNS resolvers, meaning you have to download and install additional software to view them.

The killer app of Handshake is that DNS resolvers are ALREADY INSTALLED everywhere. You just need to configure your system.

It's true if you want the true privacy and security of the blockchain you need to run a full node, or at least an SPV resolver. But you don't need to sign up for NextDNS or install anything just to access public handshake resolvers.
