Does anyone else have neck/shoulder pain that eventually led to neurology issues (dizziness, stumbling, tingling, nausea, etc)?

Yeah, same here. Neurologists have been overly-dependent on the radiologist's report, which have always missed very obvious problems. Neurosurgeons will typically at least look at the imaging regardless of what reports say. I didn't want to overwhelm the OP with all of that though, most neurosurgeons won't even see someone unless they have some sort of imaging, so I think starting with a neurologist is probably most appropriate.

Dynamic MRIs are hell, that's a lot of time to spend with your neck in a bad position. It's a shame more doctors knew how to order flexion/extension CT scans, mine only took about a minute in each position. Good luck to you, especially of you're looking at fusion.
