The vehicle appears to have an air freshener thing hanging from the rear view mirror; I'd say someone either owns this car and it isn't a rental but it could be stolen.

This happens a lot in San Antonio. We had our cars broken into in our driveway a few years back, they actually went into any cars that had unlocked doors. Didn't take anything since we had nothing of value inside; sadly this was on Christmas Eve too. Some people suck. We had crappy outdoor cams at the time, the cops didn't do much just made a report about it. They attempted to rob at least 10 or so cars on my cul-de-sac. I don't think they got much other than my neighbors 2005 or so iPod (this was in like 2017)
