All crimes also have big impact to the victim, do you think online fraud has no long impact to the victim ? of course they have , no one force to do online fraud right, all the excuse also unacceptable. i knew it because some of my friend killed himself after he lost more than ten thousands dollars. whatever crime is, if the crime have victim, that is bad. And how about attempt to murder ? do you think that has no long impact to the victim ? of course they have, you said other crime has a reason ? someone who put in registry has a many type of reason neither. attempt to murder to defend himself ? well how about a husband/wife and wife/husband have consensual sex and your wife/husband threat you and make you a false accusation about sex crime and all crime are form of abuse mental and physic neither it's misdeaminor or not. so I suggest you should reflect on yourself, if you have ever committed any violations. better correct yourself before taking care of other people's business as long as they don't harm you.
