All they did was eat a sandwich and didnt want to go out, /u/throwaway1k39 also pointed out in their post that their head was hurting, who wants to go out to town to celebrate anything with a headache? just because they ate a sandwich doesnt mean their headache will disappear instantly, it takes time. On top of that they took a 5 hour long test that will determine how their future goes. i'm sorry but who the fuck cares about what their mother wants to do? OP has their hands full with the test itself.

are we just going to ignore HOW their mother reacted to not wishing to go out on mothers day? they literally broke a monitor and a laptop and then started screaming at OP for "ruining mothers day". OP said they didnt want to do go to a restaurant, in turn their items were broken and stolen, all because OP's mom's feelings got hurt if anything in that post belongs in this sub, it is the mothers behaviour.

and what kind of self absorption is it anyway to throw a fit because someone didnt want to go to a restaurant with you that you? this is legitimately narcissitic behaviour, not in the clinical sense but rather day to day sense, that mother is so full of herself. and why is mothers day important anyway? Its like a "let me give myself a pat on the back for having sex" kind of event, far less important than a SAT test, plus that mother has a husband, who she couldve gone out with if she wanted to.
