educate me!!

I had it as a result of breaking my wrist, but it went away (I am told I am in remission) after about 9 months. I was told a lot of exercise was important, which I badly needed to rehab my wrist which could hardly move in any direction, and I believe the hand and wrist exercises helped a lot. At it's worst, I could not even touch the keys on a keyboard, no strength whatsoever to push them and painful, anything brushing across my fingers was painful, and if I let my arm hang down, the blood would rush to swell it and turned it almost purple, so I was always keeping it up. But I exercised it every day and it recovered. You might look into going to a arm/hand physiotherapist, I went for almost 9 months. Also look up "crps mirror therapy" to see if that is an option.
