Have you encountered any compulsive liars? How was it?

According to this, I am a compulsive liar. I don't know when or why I developed this. I don't really do long term lies. It's more like when someone asks me a question, I will say the opposite of what the actual answer is or will say a really negative answer just to see their response, and then immediately say I'm just kidding. It annoys the hell out of me. I've gotten better about being aware of the habit, and my friends are so used to it that they look past it. I wasn't even aware I did it so often until a friend said I'm a habitual liar about 10 years ago.

I probably also fall under the sociopath section, as well. Again, I don't ever do major stories. An example would be: at work a new cooker was making a loud beeping noise when buttons are pressed and I could hear it down the hallway in my office. I told a coworker that someone complained about it so was asking the coworker to adjust the volume setting. Coworker asked who complained so I gave the name of someone else nearby, saying they passively mentioned it to me in conversation.
