I used enpass, too, but is not clear what you meant by isecure sharing? It also seem pretty security concious.

The backup plan for enpass would be to export the vault, this would be much easier than keeping it in sync with Bitwarden. The eport woulid include TOTP, but I am not sure if it will import prooperly into bitwarden. I keep multiple copies of enpas so I can go back in time.

Here's what I would do, export the vault from Enpass as a CSV. Export the vault in Bitwarden as a CSV. Examine the Bitwarden CSV in a spreadsheet program to see how the user name, password, and TOTP is arrange. Arrange the enpass export CSV to be structure like the Bitwarden and then import it.
