The power of sales talk + business communication:

I have a recurring client that i made an excel tool for. Now he wants something on his graph. A modification.

He wants:

1. Able to log multiple entries (investment) per day

2. Able to see that on the graph

3. Numbers must be in daily averages

I charged him for $70. I told him some features i already coded/made will be affected and i need to update them too. In reality:

1. I just updated the pivot table values from SUM to AVERAGE

2. Took me 1 minute

I played 1 hour before i sent the file to make it look "hard". He was happy and left me a wonderful feedback
