I don't think you quite understood my post.

I didn't say that vegans can't have beards, love hiking, and enjoy fake bacon. I didn't say that vegans can't be masculine. In fact rather the opposite? The very point is that these men have an extremely comical and unfounded version of masculinity, one based on ridiculous tropes that have nothing to do with "masculinity" whatsoever. In fact that's quite the point. These men have a toxic view of masculinity and wrap their identity up around in it. I don't want to be a dick but I have absolutely zero clue how you read my post and found any amount of endorsement of this viewpoint, or came out of it thinking I believe that's what masculinity actually entails.
